My two sons and I have been getting our haircuts here for at least 3 years. I have always enjoyed this barbershop. It has the feel of an old-school barbershop where people of color can speak, laugh, and look good. Every haircut from Jeremy is a 10/10. This is not just a place to get your hair cut, it is a pillar in the Black community
I have received services from Fade n’ Up in Norman over the last few years and don’t plan on ever switching up. I sit in Sophie’s chair. She’s one of the friendliest, most sanitary and talented barbers that I have ever encountered. I leave satisfied after every visit. I will suggest this shop to anyone and everyone. Go check them out!
I have been going to this place since my sophomore year, I am now a Senior about to graduate and play football at the next level. These three years of cutting, Chuck Johnson has been cutting my hair. He always cuts to the best of his ability even when he is not having the best day. Chuck doesn’t just cut my hair in silence, but always wants to have a conversation with me and many others. Those conversation are much appreciated and never not wanted.I suggest you go check him out as soon as possible.
Fade n up is a great barber shop! Everyone makes you feel welcome and everyone is willing to get you in an out quick but, makes sure you walk out with a clean cut as well. I highly recommend mayzincuts though! Been going to him for awhile and he has many available spots to book appointments at a time that works for you the best !
Came to fade n up Sophie cut my three years old head and did amazing. She was so patient with him. She made him feel so comfortable. She talked to him made him laugh and even gave him candy for being a good boy through out the cut. Will definitely be come back here!
My brothers been getting there haircut by Sophia sense we moved to Norman and she has been nothin but wonderful she does an amazing job on cutting hair. My brothers love her she never disappoints!!!! I definitely recommend getting ya hair cut by Sophia.
I had a great experience with Chuck. I have been going there for a while, and whatever I ask or want Chuck does an amazing job providing that. He is very patient and he takes his time with his work. I definitely have never had a better experience with a barber ever!
I have been getting my hair cut here for 10 months now. I always get a military haircut and Jeremy does an outstanding job. Even though I am retired and don't have to go through inspections anymore, you would have no problem passing if you do. Jeremy is an outstanding young man, so get a haircut scheduled and give him a try.
