Friendly, fast service and beautiful work. They also have a Rewards points program where you earn points per dollar you spend in which can earn money to redeem towards future services. I thought that was really cool. Will definitely be back! Thank you ????
I'm usually a generally satisfied, easy-to-please customer, but I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. I got a gel manicure with French tips. That night, not even 6 hours later, the white tips began to come loose and peel off like tape. I didn't even do any housework or anything to cause it. By the next morning, three of the tips had peeled loose. I went back the next morning and said I wanted them to redo ALL of them because if one hand peeled off, the other would start too. They refused to redo all, offering to only redo the ones which peeled off and put a single coat of clear gel over all of them. Well, later that night, the tips on the OTHER hand began to peel off just as I suspected they would. So, I wasted like $40 for an unsatisfactory gel manicure plus $15 in tips to two technicians, plus two hours of my time making two trips to the salon. I've never had a gel manicure peel the same day I got it. If they had done it correctly in the first place, this would not have happened. And if they had handled my redo correctly and with respect to my concerns, I would not be leaving this review. (photos: 1st is the next day, 2nd is same night after they "repaired" them).
My general experience after about a year:
Pedicures: good
Manicures: okay (gel & SNS)
Eyebrows: don't let them touch your eyebrows
My mom and I always come to see Mia. She is the best and we always wait for her. Make sure you ask for her!! She takes direction well and even matched my moms nails to her phone case. ????❤️ Thanks Mia. Be back in another month! ????
Really enjoyed my visit here ! The front desk was was very nice. The man who did my nails was also really nice and quick and detail oriented. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he was glad to try his best, but he actually did an excellent job! My nails look like the picture and I’m very happy with my nails. Thanks for a great visit.
The only person that does good nails here is Don. I was a regular for a few years and would ask to be seen by him. The last few times I was not able to be seen by him and was referred to different nail techs whose work was not good. The last few sets I’ve gone in for have not even remotely turned out to be what I was asked for and I was charged way higher prices than what I would pay at other shops in the area for subpar work. It took two hours and thirty minutes to do shorties with French tips. Throughout the process, I frequently stated that the design was not what I asked for, and was reassured that it would be fixed by the end. Well, we finished and my paint job is messy and chunky. The paint started chipping by the time I got home and my nails are varying shapes and lengths. I will not be returning.
I have been going to Znails for years. Since ownership changed the prices have constantly changed. Every time I have an appointment the price is different. I was told that it depends on the length of the nails. I keep my length the same. My sister gave me a Znails certificate for Xmas. I used it once and had a balance of $24 and was told that the balance would be in the system. I did not save the certificate and was not able to use the balance because they needed the number on the certificate (buyer beware). Prices are outrageous and services unprofessional. Workers constantly talk with each other. I don't know the language. Therefore, they could be talking about me or someone else. I don't want to hear any of that because I am black and I am there for a professional service. Some of the workers there are very rude. Also, on top of the outrageous prices, you tip at least two people.
Had the stone and paraffin treatment with a wonderful foot massage. They do it all, so go check them out. Varying price options to fit any budget or desired service.
